Digital Products Policy

Since our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. Once you have access to download the product, the transaction is considered complete.

Exceptions

You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened
The product is significantly different from what was described
